Czasem miewam gorsze dni, dni kiedy łapie mnie tak zwany "zawias" kuchenny. Budzę się takiego dnia bez gotowego pomysłu, co dziś będzie na obiad.
Owe dni zdarzają się również przed samymi zakupami, kiedy poza światłem w lodówce, prawie nic nie ma.
Staram się jednak zawsze ratować sytuację i improwizuję. Tym razem też tak było. Na stole wylądowała zawartość lodówki, czyli: brokuł, mała kiełbaska, dwie parówki, trzy trójkąciki serka topionego i opakowanie kaszy kuskus.
Po chwili w głowie zaświtał pomysł. Dzisiaj na obiad będzie szybkie kuskus z brokułami i smażoną kiełbaską:) Pomysł był bardzo dobry
Składniki:
- 150g błyskawicznej kaszy kuskus
- zwykła kiełbasa (mogą być parówki)
- brokuł
- 3 trójkąty ziołowego, topionego serka
- sól, pieprz do smaku
Też miewam takie dni. Twój przepis jest świetny. Na pewno zrobię!
